I have always been a seeker.

I’ve been drawn to healing, human behavior, creativity, and the subtle magic woven through everyday life for as long as I can remember. My path hasn’t been straight or predictable, it’s danced between corporate leadership, creative expression, intuitive study, and deep personal transformation. Each chapter offered its own wisdom, and together they’ve shaped how I understand people, purpose, and change.

On paper, I hold a Master’s in Marketing and an Associate’s in Baking & Pastry Arts, along with training across trauma-informed practice, mindfulness, coaching, shamanic healing, and energy awareness. In my heart, what I bring to this work is lived experience, moving through major life transitions, shedding old patterns, and learning that intuition and practicality are most powerful when they walk hand in hand. I’ve done my own deep inner work, and that journey is what allows me to hold grounded, compassionate space for others.

Over the years, I’ve moved through many initiations, healing from trauma, navigating heartbreak and loss, and allowing life to gently (and sometimes not so gently) reshape what I thought it was supposed to be. Healing wasn’t tidy, but it was faithful. On the other side, I found presence, purpose, and a deep trust in the Divine that continues to guide me.

Along the way, I discovered my own medicine: the ability to hold space with tenderness, honesty, and reverence for each soul’s unique unfolding. With the support of mentors and my own inner guidance, I reclaimed who I truly am, an intuitive channel, energy healer, space holder, and guide for those returning to themselves.

Before creating Awakening the Sacred Quantum, I spent nearly two decades in corporate spaces working across customer experience, UX research, business analysis, and employee wellbeing. That background still informs how I listen, how I support discernment, and how I help people turn insight into meaningful, grounded action.

Outside of this space, you’ll usually find me baking something delicious, wandering forest trails, deep in ceremony or reflection, or chasing wonder with my family.
